Return Products
The customer has the right to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the order exactly as defined by Law 2251/1994 no. 3e par. 1. As long as this is done without the products having been used and with the simultaneous sending of all accompanying documents (retail receipt, product tag, etc.) and after having previously informed us in any case about the return via email to info@allaboutgourmets.com The costs of returning the products are borne by the customer and the return is made with the courier company of his choice. If it is found that the products have been used, they will be sent back to the customer. In the event that all return conditions have been met, the customer is entitled to receive a full refund, which will be made exclusively via bank transfer after consultation with our company. If the purchase has been made via Paypal, you also bear the cost of Paypal’s supply. To avoid inconvenience, it is advisable to check the condition of the products and their packaging at the time of delivery of your order in order to identify obvious defects (e.g. broken product, wrong product, etc.).
Order Cancellation – Changes
